WHAT ARE THE 7 CHAKRAS IN HUMAN BODY

The 7 Chakras, known as the spinning wheels, are located inside our body, aligned and connected from spine to mind. These are located in the human body at different places that centralize the flow of energy inside our body. Chakras regulate the energy flow and regulate the functions of our body, like immunity boost, control, emotions, and connect us with our subconscious mind. The concept of chakras originated from ancient Indian philosophy, and controlling our physical, mental, and spiritual health is based on these seven chakras. Color: Red
Element: Earth
Beej Mantra: Lam

It represents basic needs such as shelter and food, along with security and safety. If this chakra is imbalanced, you will feel insecurity, fear, and anxiety, while the balancing is depicted by trust and stability. 
We can balance the root chakra with walking barefoot on the grass, and deep breathing exercises, and the Beej mantra for the root chakra is LAM.

Svadhisthana or Sacral Chakra

Location: Lower abdomen just below the navel
Color: Orange
Element: Water
Beej Mantra: Lam

Svadhisthana chakra controls expiratory, creativity, emotions, and sensuality. The function of this chakra is to govern pleasure, and the blockage and imbalance cause difficulty in expression, numbness, and emotional blankness. 
To balance this Svadhisthana Chakra, the Beej Mantra is LAM and practice the hip opening yoga asana as well as meditate with the Beej mantra and focus on orange.

Manipura or Solar Plexus Chakra

Element: Fire
Beej Mantra: Ram

This chakra governs intuition, insights, and perception, and is located between the eyebrows. This chakra provides a higher state of consciousness and better inner guidance. However, if there is any blockage or imbalance, it can lead to confusion, headache, and
